A: Yes, Standard shipping (US) is charged as follows: The Schedule Below indicates that I charge you only what it costs me to ship your item. Q: Do you charge sales tax? A: Yes, I am currently required to charge the mandatory 6.5% sales but only for the same state in which I live. Q: Do you include monogramming with your Bags or Belts? A: Yes, monogramming is included on ALL custom ordered items, but must be indicated at the time you place your order. Q: Can I have My Own bag Monogrammed by you? A: Yes, There is a charge however I will gladly monogram your own bag for you. Q: If I purchase one of your Ready Made Bags or Belts can I have it monogrammed? A: Yes, most of the time you can. There are a couple of exceptions (like a ready made reversible belt) so please contact me. Q: Is there a charge for Monogramming a Ready Made item that I purchase from you? A: No, My primary focus has always been embroidery so I encourage you to have the Item you purchase from me monogrammed. Providing it can be monogrammed with out damaging it. Q: Does the price shown for your bags include the handles? A: Yes, the prices shown are for the Complete Bag or Purse. On the Bermuda Bags the price includes, handles, liner and 1 cover for the set. However if you already have a Handle and simply need another cover covers may be purchased separately. You may also purchase the handle separately if you already own a 4 button cover. Q: Do your Bermuda bag covers fit Lilly Pulitzer handles? A: Yes, the regular sized covers are fully compatible with adult sized Lilly P. Bermuda bag handles and all large Lilly covers fit the regular sized 4 button handles. Q: Are all your Bermuda bag covers reversible? A: Yes, Almost all Bermuda Bag covers are made to be reversible. There are some that are not. If you custom order Your fabric selection includes your Outside and Inside fabric choices. I think you should get the most use out of your bag and love the fact that you can get 2 looks out of 1 cover. Q: Are your purses or bags reversible? A: No, the purses and bags are not reversible. Q: Are all your belts reversible? A: No, not all. I do try to make the majority of them reversible so you are getting 2 belts for the price of one. But always remember, you can custom order and have it made just the way you like. Q: Why aren’t your belt prices all the same? A: Because some of the ribbons and buckles I use are quite expensive. The price of the belt reflects the price of the materials used. Q: How quickly will I get the Custom Item I ordered? A: All my items are individually handmade to order. I do try to ship out orders as soon as possible but please allow 3 weeks for delivery, after placing your order. Q: I love your fabrics and ribbons! Can I purchase them from you? A: I’m so pleased that you like my fabric and ribbon selections however none of the fabrics are for sale. I use them exclusively in the production of my products. Q: What methods of payment do you accept? A: At Checkout you have the choice of either paying through PayPal or paying by Check or Money Order. At shows I accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express . Q: Are there any stores or salons that carry your Items? A: No. At this time they are only available through my website Q: What is your return Policy? A: I accept returns but must be notified of any problems within 7 days of receipt of the item. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of the item. The item must be unused and in saleable condition. RETURN EXCEPTIONS: Monogramming: Any item that has been monogrammed cannot be returned. Sandals: It has been my unfortunate experience to find that all sandals are not created equal. That being said I do not feel that you, my customer, should pay the price for defective materials. I will ask you to return the sandals to me and refund your money. Q: Do you offer your products at wholesale? A: Yes, please contact me for conditions. |
